We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual product appearance, size, or availability may vary. All products are subject to availability. For fresh produce and bakery items, variations are inherent due to their natural and artisanal nature. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Ordering and Payments

Orders placed through our site or directly with OrchardWisp Grocers are subject to acceptance. We confirm receipt of orders, but this does not constitute acceptance until payment is processed and availability confirmed. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted will be displayed at the point of sale or communicated during the ordering process. For custom orders and catering, specific payment terms and deposit requirements will be outlined in a separate agreement.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery options and charges, where applicable, will be specified at the time of order. We aim to deliver within agreed-upon timeframes, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. For farmers’ market pickups or in-store collection, specific times and locations will be communicated. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, specific return and refund policies apply.

• For fresh produce and bakery items, please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/collection.
• Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OrchardWisp Grocers or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our express written permission.
